We are looking for a colleague in Germany who can analyze data using AutoCAD and geographic information systems software, write reports to present the obtained data to clients, advise on technical issues and the feasibility of construction plans, make distance and angle measurements of the land to establish legal property boundaries, take land notes for title deeds, leases and other legal documents in an orderly manner, communicate with architects, engineers and construction personnel during land development projects to verify geological and property boundary data, and continue professional development every day.<\/span><\/p>

Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>

- Identifying potential investment opportunities and managing procurement processes
- Potential land survey and identification
- Exploring new markets and identifying appropriate strategies to manage these markets
- Creating a new customer portfolio in line with the company profile
- Analyzing customer needs and developing solution-oriented strategies to address these needs
- Managing product and service development efforts<\/p>

Required Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>

- Experienced in business development and strategic planning
- Knowledge and experience in investment procurement and land identification
- Ability to explore new markets and develop appropriate strategies for these markets
- Ability to analyze customer needs and develop solution-oriented strategies
- Strong communication skills, team-oriented and result-oriented<\/p>
