We are looking for a colleague in Germany who can analyse data using AutoCAD and GIS software, write reports for clients, advise on technical matters and the feasibility of construction plans, measure distances and angles to establish legal property boundaries, keep accurate field notes for deeds, leases and other legal documents, work with architects, engineers and construction staff to verify geological and boundary data during land development projects, and keep developing professionally.

Responsibilities

– Identifying potential investment opportunities and managing sourcing processes
– Researching and identifying potential land
– Discovering new markets and defining suitable strategies for them
– Building a new client portfolio that fits the company profile
– Analysing client needs and developing solution-focused strategies
– Managing product and service development
