- Identifying potential investment opportunities and managing procurement processes - Potential land survey and identification - Exploring new markets and identifying appropriate strategies to manage these markets - Creating a new customer portfolio in line with the company profile - Analyzing customer needs and developing solution-oriented strategies to address these needs - Managing product and service development efforts
Required Qualifications
- Experienced in business development and strategic planning - Knowledge and experience in investment procurement and land identification - Ability to explore new markets and develop appropriate strategies for these markets - Ability to analyze customer needs and develop solution-oriented strategies - Strong communication skills, team-oriented and result-oriented
