Business Development Officer

We are looking for a colleague who is an expert in business development, finding new customers, identifying customer needs and conducting solution-oriented studies to identify new markets and choose an effective approach strategy in Germany where potential investments can be obtained, land can be found and new markets can be identified.

Responsibilities

- Identifying potential investment opportunities and managing procurement processes
- Potential land survey and identification
- Exploring new markets and identifying appropriate strategies to manage these markets
- Creating a new customer portfolio in line with the company profile
- Analyzing customer needs and developing solution-oriented strategies to address these needs
- Managing product and service development efforts

Required Qualifications

- Experienced in business development and strategic planning
- Knowledge and experience in investment procurement and land identification
- Ability to explore new markets and develop appropriate strategies for these markets
- Ability to analyze customer needs and develop solution-oriented strategies
- Strong communication skills, team-oriented and result-oriented
